Fred has over 12 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. Prior to founding Bullard Realty he was Director of Development for Durango Steakhouse and an account executive for the duPont Registry Gallery of Fine Homes.
Fred’s certification and credentials include: ABRM (Accredited Buyers Representative Manager), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), e-Pro (technology certification for Realtors), National Trust for Historic Preservation Historic Home Marketing, Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stetson University and a Master of Arts degree from University of South Florida. Fred is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pinellas Realtor Association, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. He is originally from St. Petersburg, Florida.
